If you would like to return an item, then please read our returns policy detailed below.
In all instances, contact us or call us on 00353 +56 7765557 to let us know that you are returning an item. We will provide you with a step by step to complete your return.
Wrong, faulty or broken items
- It is the responsibility of Yesterdays.ie to ensure goods are delivery in good condition as described.
- All faulty/broken items should be reported with 3 days.
- You must return faulty goods to us within 30 days.
- Faulty items can either be replaced with an identical item, replaced with a similar product (of the same cost) or a credit note can be offered instead.
Once we receive your returned item, we will provide a full refund to the cardholder. This process may take up to five working days.
Unwanted items or wrong item received
- Yesterdays are happy to offer a 14 day, no fault entitlement to return goods.
- In the event of a no fault or change or mind, returned items are at a cost to the sender.
