Goods will be despatched upon clearance of payment. Subject to availability, goods will be despatched within 7 working days of receipt of payment. Every effort will be made to ensure all items on yesterdays.ie are in stock and available but it cannot be guaranteed at all times, particularly at Christmas & New Year.

In the event of goods not being available Yesterdays will offer purchasers a choice of an immediate refund, credit note or delayed delivery.

Access to the Yesterdays.ie is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide through the Site without notice.

From time to time, the site may be unavailable due to technical updates. These changes are to improve the website and we are not liable for loss of access during this time. If you encounter an error during use of the website, please contact us.

Purchases

Purchasing an item is an automatic legal contract between you (the buyer) and Yesterdays.ie. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to check that the purchase is correct upon ordering and on receipt of your purchase confirmation email.

Payment

Via Yesterdays.ie you can purchase items using Realex (debit and credit cards) or Paypal. All payments are made through our online payment system. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT and postage rates are clearly shown for each item based on your location.

Any additional charges from banks and building societies are outside of our control and you are solely liable for these payments.

Within the EU prices include VAT and taxes. Outside the EU, prices do not include VAT or taxes.

Refusal of transaction

We may refuse a transaction if we deem necessary. You will be contacted directly if this occurs, with a full explanation.

Delivery

Goods will be despatched upon clearance of payment. Subject to availability, goods will be dispatched within seven (7) working days of receipt of payment. Certain goods may take up to 16 days. You will be notified if this is the case.

Every effort will be made to ensure all items on yesterdays.ie are in stock and available but it cannot be guaranteed at all times, particularly at Christmas & New Year.

Please note that, due to size, some items cannot be delivered outside of Ireland. This will be shown with the item description.

Import duty taxes

Import taxes may apply to good that are delivered outside of Ireland. It is your responsibly to settle these taxes. Yetserdays.ie is not liable for these charges.

Uploading Trojans, viruses and similar which are deemed to be malicious, is a criminal offence and action will be taken against any party who introduces these attacks.

Yesterdays.ie are not liable for any damage caused by such attacks, or for the loss of any electronic data on your computer or access device.

Force majeure

Any disruption to services due to circumstances beyond our or treasonable control including, acts of God, governmental actions, war , riot, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes or delays are out of our control and the delivery of goods will be stalled until such circumstances are resolved.

Law and jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of goods or services through our Site shall be governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be settled within the court of law.
